1. Services Provided
SupporTech offers computer support services, including but not limited to:

Computer and laptop repairs

New device setup and data transfer

Virus and malware removal

Network and security setup
-
Remote and onsite technical support
2. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee

If we are unable to resolve your computer issue, you will not be charged for our time.

This guarantee does not apply if:

The customer withholds or provides incorrect information.

The problem is outside of our service scope (e.g., faulty hardware that must be replaced).

The customer declines a recommended solution.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is listed on our website or provided before work begins.

Fees are charged on a per-hour basis or as a fixed price, depending on the service.

Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about their device and the issue.

Customers are responsible for backing up personal data before service. Supportech is not liable for any data loss unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability & Limitations

SupporTech will take all reasonable care in handling your equipment. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing faults or damage.

Data loss, unless caused by our proven negligence.

Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., business losses).

Any replacement parts supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not Supportech.
6. Remote Support

By requesting remote support, you authorise Supportech to access your computer securely to perform repairs.

You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for remote sessions.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
8. Privacy Policy

Any personal or business information provided will be kept strictly confidential and used only for delivering our services.

We do not share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
